How to Book
Classes must be booked in advance, we cannot guarantee that you can be accommodated within a class if you attend without prior booking, as some class instructors limit their numbers for a better instructor/student ratio and experience.
You can now book on via our MindBody app.
It is a requirement that anyone new to Pilates at the Pea Green Studio must firstly book a 15 minute 1:1 with one of the APPI trained Therapists (Pollyanna, Steph, Caitlin or Ben), this enables you to be correctly taught how to engage the ‘core’ (Transverse Abdominus and Pelvic Floor) and how to find posture neutral. This allows classes to jump straight in with the Pilates exercises without having to teach the basics at the beginning of every class. We feel this will give a better Pilates experience for all. There is a £20 fee for the 1:1, but you only need to do this once.
Please call Reception on 01869241411 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or need some advice on the best classes for you. If you are new to the studio, please allow a few minutes before your first class to complete a new student health questionnaire.
Classes that consistently have less than 5 attendees will be reviewed at the end of each month and possibly removed from the timetable. To keep classes that you love, please remember to book on and recommend to friends.
If you are interested in setting up a private class for your staff/group from your company or sports club/team, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange it for you and make the class as sports specific as possible.
Please note that very occasionally classes may be cancelled at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to contact regular students whenever possible.
